Finishes only? Bathroom finished need to be water resistant at a minimum. As in semi gloss latex enamel paint, no chalk paint.
Shower & Tub enclosures can be re-colored with products made specifically to do that.
Fixtures too?
Treat your Electric Bill and your Indoor Air Quality with a new Low Sones, Energy Star 70CFM or higher, exhaust fan. Make sure it exhausts outside & not dumps moisture in the attic.
Often fresh coat of paint will do a trick. Change accessories and bathroom will look new again
