How can I make a photo collage in the shape of letters?

Michaels sells large letters you could paint and hang with tiny pictures in between of your own or do your own wall mural of letters with a letter and that person at the end of it for there name like Kathy with large K and maybe her pic in the A

You could use Mod Podge to adhere photos to letters. I would probably use the wood letters as opposed to metal letters. The mod podge would stick better. You can either wrap picture around the edge or trim them off. Good luck.
