Here's one method I found for you:
Mix 2 to 4 ounces of dish soap into 1 gallon of water. Spray the mixture on the patches of moss with a squirt bottle. To treat large areas, spray the mixture with a garden sprayer until runoff. Use 4 ounces of dish soap per 2 gallons of water for each 1,000 square feet of lawn.
Moss may be growing because of compacted soil. Have you tried aeration? Compaction causes poor drainage and moss will often grow. More details at https://sampson.ces.ncsu.edu/2012/07/why-does-moss-grow-in-areas-of-my-lawn-and-not-my-grass-2/
