If the clog is mainly fats or grease, close-to-boiling hot water with some salt or dish detergent (a couple of tablespoons of either one) is usually effective. A couple of kettles-full of hot water might be needed. If the clog is mainly hair, manual removal is most effective, such as with a wire hanger. Vinegar and baking soda are effective for deodorizing drains, but not so much for clog removal; the vinegar/baking soda combo can be corrosive to plumbing, so caution is advised if used. They can be used separately for deodorizing as well; clear the baking soda with very hot water. https://brendid.com/why-you-should-never-use-baking-soda-and-vinegar-to-clean-clogged-drains/
I declog as much of the hair as possible then use a drain cleaner product, hope you get it sorted.
Liquid Plumber, pour in sink, clear.
