High bush cranberry
Chokecherries grow in clusters like grapes and the berries only have one seed.
high bush cranberry berries are in a large flat cluster only have 1 flat seed and the leaves are similar to a maple leaf with three lobes
so your berries are neither chokecherry or high bush cranberry

Is there a reason that you don’t think it is just a cherry? Is it in your yard? Eat one! Cherries have a stone seed. Looks like one of the many kinds of cherries.
It could be a wild black cherry tree.
Never eat anything like this without knowing for sure what it is! Best to take it to a nursery or other expert for identification. Take leaves and berries and a photo.
