What do you have for infrastructure? Do you have anything there now?
Kitchen sinks require proper drain size, proper venting, and of course caulking, making sure everything is true and plumb.
Garbage disposal?
Considering that the kitchen sink is the most used sink in the entire house, and that it contains sludge and slime from cooking & food prep, that builds up inside the pipes,
it is not a good area to be cheap and fast.
If you truly have an aluminum sink, not a stainless steel sink, then that is folly. Please Do not install an aluminum sink in the kitchen, it will dent and it will not be repairable.
We don’t think you want to redo all of this in two years and your time is worth more than a dollar an hour.

Get your friends help you build a measured structure of cement and put that on it.
I think you'll need to get a plumber to come in and make sure it is done with no leaks or issues, it is quite difficult to DIY.
