Can I paint ceramic tiles on the laundry room floor?

We just bought a vacation home and we have depleted our fun money. Need to save money every way we can. I hate the laundry room floor tile - it's a reddish orange color. We are going for neutrals and greys. Is it possible to paint over those tiles? The laundry room is not that big, so there's not that many. The room is empty. That was the seller's photo.I would love to read about your experiences. Thank you!
