This link offers some help, Sherry:

Hi Sherry. I'm Cindy. Rake up and remove burned dry grass from dog urine. Then sprinkle in extra-fine ground limestone (that you can get from landscape supply companies.) Gently water the area to help limestone into the soil. This natural mineral product neutralizes the acidity in the soil. Let it set for a week. Add soil and then seed. Water daily for a couple weeks.
Hello Sherry! I rake the yellow grass out of the spots, rough up the soil with the rake, sprinkle some topsoil-about an inch, add some grass seed, and then sprinkle more topsoil over the top to cover the seed. I water it gently until the grass seed sprouts-about 7 to14 days. You can use a grass seed that has annual rye in it so the grass comes up quickly but understand that annual rye is a one season grass. You want to add seed that is perennial as well. Watering will help neutralize the soil and wash away the urine. On the way today to buy some grass seed and topsoil myself for this very same problem! It's a yearly event spring and fall!
Just re seed those spots

there is no repair for dog urine except planting new grass
You’ll have to water the spot a lot after pulling out the dead grass, to get the urine residue diluted.
Then re-seed.
