I would suggest that you use your search feature on your browser to look for projects that you can relate to since Hometalk doesn't have a lot of macrame projects.. I would just start with simple bracelets to start practicing. Its super easy to do. Try a simple basic knot( you go back and forth alternating) and the knot that spins (you do the same knot from the same side which starts a spiral). Then try a wall hanging which are trending now.
