A wet bar? As in a sink?
If so, what do you have for plumbing supply, drain line & drain venting?
Is this part of your kitchen? Do you have hanging cabinets above and cabinets below. If so, you can get wine hanging racks that you can screw into the bottom of the upper cabinets over your countertop to be able to hang wine glasses upside down. Also but a backsplash behind that like tiled mirrors or something like that to give the sparkle from the glasses. Also use cabinets or shelves below the countertop for your wine bottles. Not sure if any of this would work without knowing what the space is like but throwing out ideas for you:)
Where is the countertop? Is there a water supply nearby already?
