If you can remove the existing cloth without damage, use the original cover as a pattern. Cut to the exact measurements and contour and stitch the new one together. HINT - take good Before photos and mark the back (wrong side) of the new fabric so you know how to put the new one back together.
The difficulty of this project may depend on the style of ottoman, and how the fabric in the present cover is attached to the inside foam and to the frame.
