I would use very thin translucent PVC panels and cut them to size. You could paint on them if desired. I've purchased them from both Amazon and Walmart.Helpful Reply -

I would take panels out and paint them a cream color to go with the rest of the room. Than cut lace to fit and spray glue to front of panels before putting them back in.Helpful Reply -
