That's a tough one, LeAnne. If it's been in the floors for years, the flooring may have to be removed and replaced.
LeAnne....Remove any carpet or tile/linoleum so subfloor is exposed and damage can be repaired or aired. We opened windows daily and after weeks were able to begin working but i must admit it was a MESS! Good luck!

Thanks but there is no carpet in this house.
I cleaned our subfloor with vinegar and baking soda and then sealed with kilz. It's tough to get pet odors of floors.
