In that post I did a (non-sponsored) review of 2 products to get stains out of concrete! Deep set stains in concrete are definitely hard to get out. Then I would check out Home Depot or Lowes and get some garage coating for the cement. You know the type that has the speckles in it. Something like this:

If you don't want to use that. You could try painting the concrete with some AWESOME concrete paint. We used a sherwin Williams brand to paint our patio. I show what paint we used in this post:

We painted our garage when we first moved in we went to Lowe's and bought paint for concrete , I believe it was meant for garage floors we also bought co coordinating colored flakes . We picked a bluish great color and the flames we re a combination of gray , blue , black & white . We first cleaner and swept the floor then hosed it off . After letting the floor dry completely we followed the instructions of giving the floor 2 coats of paint going in opposite directions . First we went across the floor then when that dried we started at the back wall of the garage working towards the garage door we would paint an area about 3 feet wide and while the paint is wet sprinkler the colored flakes as sparse or heavy as you like . We did a medium amount . Then would paint another strip and repeat , working our way out of the garage . It came out nicely with a nice finished look !
Make sure it is completely clean and dry. Then use an epoxy that is formulated for garage floors.
