It depends on the type of material the shower stall is made of. You will need to do a thorough clean before attempting paint. You will need to use paint designed for that surface. Follow any prep instructions and times to let it cure before getting it wet.
What is your surface you want to paint? I've painted tile a few times, but never in a shower. I very much doubt that this will give you good long-term results in such a wet space.
