You could do wood planks or plywood to stain or stencil it. You would have yearly maintenance on it.

Brick is also a good choice in addition to the other suggestions, as well as building a low floating deck using treated lumber or composite. I hope this helps!
You could use pavers (still technically concrete, but a different look)
Another option is a gravel patio. We did this to go under our gazebo. It's got a border of pavers around the outside, and then I use an outdoor rug to cover the gravel. It's much cheaper than pavers!
