The blocks are at the bottom of the garage wall. I found the problem from the inside. How to fix this problem?

There are epoxy products for concrete in caulk tubes that will work. Home Depot has 14 different kinds & I’d read their labels for the right products.

The bigger question is, Why did they break? If the garage is settling, Why?

You might want a pro to look at it. If it's load bearing you want to make sure it's repaired correctly and safe.

    HI Eileen,

I agree with Cynthia and Lifestyle Homes. You want to make sure that it's not a structural issue before you do anything. I'd have more than one pro look at it just in case, unless you know someone in that field. Wishing you the best.

Give that job to a pro, much saver.
