You can stud out the walls and then use batt insulation or foam insulation put in. Make sure any dampness issues have been addressed first.

If you don't mind the look, you can adhere insulating foam sheets to the walls. I believe they are pink but work very well and come in different thicknesses! They can be found in any home improvement store. I hope this helps!
Na....Cynthia has the idea I had....that is exactly what we did to our basement. It was a big for us because we had a foundation problem that was not revealed when we purchased the house. Make sure your basement is dry before you start anything! Good luck!
