How do you get rid of rust around the toilet base?
I just bought a house and the linoleum floor is stained with what I believe is rust around the toilet. I have tried several cleaning products but to no avail, including rust remover.

I really like the Barkeepers Friend spray for rust. You have to let it sit for about 5 minutes before you scrub to remove rust.
If you can't remove the stains or the flooring is wearing down (and you don't want to replace it) I suggest that you consider painting the linoleum with paint made specifically for this purpose.
