Can anyone identify this plant?
Although I cut it down low hoping it will fill out, It grows 5-6 ft Tall every 2 years. I would like to know about it if anyone knows anything about it.

Can anyone identify this tree with red berries?
Is it a cranberry tree? The berries hang down from a cluster of stems like cherries.
I thought grapevine, but usually the leaves are a little more symmetrical.

It's definitely not a grape. I am going with mulberry sapling unless, when you crush a leaf, it has a spicy smell, them maybe sassafras. If you have a photo of the flower and your location, a better guess could be given.
