Hi Sandra,
This is the method I use.

I tuck in the sleeves, fold in half and rollup.
In my house, anything with sleeves and/or a collar goes on a hanger. That way, I have plenty of drawer space for other types of clothing, and my shirts don't have fold "lines" in them.
But, it all depends on the size of your drawers. The best method, IMO, is to fold them like they are folded in the packages or on the store shelves.
Fold the sleeves/shirt sides to the back with the sleeves overlapping a little, then you either fold the shirt in halves or thirds, lengthwise, depending on your drawer space.
Fold and roll as takes less space like in a suitcase when you travel
I turn the t shirt upside down and line the bottom edges, then fold in half length wise. I then fold sleeves in and fold three times. Instead of folding you could roll if you prefer.
