I have voles that are digging up my lawn, how do I get rid of them?
They are leaving dirt piles and holes all over my lawn. I have tried to drown them, but they are still here and digging.
Pull out what you can ,shovel out the rest. One person with a chainsaw the other with stump treatment. Brush it on. I used an old shoe polish bottle or foam brush. Concentrate on the bigger trees with berries first. Just keep at it. We have 5 acres. We have Big bonfires. That's the fun reward. Good luck. It's hard work but worth it. Be diligent.

Hello, Spray foliage of short buckthorn or seedlings with a herbicide. Glyphosate (one brand name is Roundup) will kill all actively growing vegetation on which it is sprayed. Triclopyr will kill broadleaf plants and will not harm grasses when applied properly.
You will need to use a specially formulated weed killer for buckthorn. I recommend contacting your local extension agent to see what they recommend for your area
