Shouldn't sag after a year. You can slide a board in between the mattress and box spring. Then place unused blankets in the area it is sagging then place the mattress on top.
Hi Lilly, it may be due to your box spring and or frame not supporting the mattress enough. I actually use a base of plywood on all my mattress frames to give a solid and complete surface for the mattress to sit on. That may help!
It should still be under warranty. Call the manufacturer.
It may be possible to improve your situation by flipping your mattress and using a piece of plywood as a bed board. Hope this helps
