Hello again,
Stack tyres and use screws and nuts to fix together. Cut Board to shape either round or square. Turn tyres upside down onto the board and fix as before. Then take rope, swine etc to decorate tyres by sticking it to them using a strong suitable adhesive. When finished turn back upright and start the fun bit of decorating the top. Use Paint and stencils or Ceramic tiles or really whatever is to hand. Enjoy!
