I was responding to a question asked in securing a pic panel & I lost my connection. So...here it goes again:
Use lengths of pvc to reach your lowest height of your panel. Dig your "post hole" & concrete it in place INSIDE & OUTSIDE THE PIPE. Before the concrete sets, place a length of rebar INSIDE the PVC post to just below the height of your TOTAL POST height. Add a "T" to the "pipe post," making sure that you turn the "T" in the direction of your panel so you can connect them together. Add another length (the distance between the bottom & top horizontal pipe that supports your top rail pipe), add more concrete around the rebar support, add another "T" to make the top pipe rail connection making sure you add more concrete. Add any additional pipe section(s) & fill with concrete...leave the cap off until the concrete has "fully set." NOTE: For connections of additional panels, make sure you replace the "T" with a 4 way opening pipe (1 opening facing up, 1 facing down, 1facing left & 1 facing right).
Thus you connect your fence panels, make your posts secure.
