Dog urine soaked through a rug and damaged my hardwood floor. Help!
Sanding and restaining/polyurethaning. Unless you have done this before, maybe better left to professionals? Or maybe getting advice from someone who has done this.
If it’s gouged & deeply stained, then take off the baseboard & rent a floor sander.
This is very physically demanding work, but I’ve done it with a 5”x18” belt sander and it looks like that’s what I did.
Try to find a unit that has a vacuum attachment.
If not in too bad of shape Bono floor products makes a floor restorer product.
For a superficial restoration try Rejuvenate.
