Hi Mamta,
You could take the old arrangement and put together with a new purpose, like taking a wreath and turning it into a centerpiece for you table. You would need some kind of supporting structure for the stems such as chicken wire in a container, just arrange them how they please you. To make it updated, go to the dollar stores and select things that would complement your arrangement and room.
Mamta....If I am understanding...you can remove all the old flowers and add new along with ribbon, greenery, etc.
You could add in new flowers to give it a fresh look
I agree - finding a new purpose for them will make them seem like new.
