cleaning products are so inexpensive and so handy that it seems not worth while to make your own. But If I wanted something like this. . . rather than a spray I would immerse a dry clean cloth in a small amount of an oil like paraffin oil or lemon oil etc. Let the cloth absorb the cleaner. . . use the cloth to clean the dusty surface and then a dry cloth to wipe it off.
