This plant has white trumpet flower and some kind of spiky round pod.
Could be night blooming cereus. Ask at a nursery

I think it is a moonflower, too. So it’s either a wildflower or a weed, depending on your point of view. The pods are not edible, according to my Mamaw. Jewell

The seed pod looks like okra. I don't remember what the okra plant itself looks like.

Based on the what you are calling a seedpod, I would say okra. Which is the vegetable you eat. Moonflower seedpods are teardrop shaped.
It’s a Angel trumpet I have many’s different colors there bloom late in the evening until the next morning. There are very beautiful
