Hi Erica,
Try a diy store and look for peel and stick tiles, they have a good selection, also Amazon carries them.
I've found peel and stick are easy to use. Fake ceiling tiles also are easy to install.
I used the tin look panels behind my sink and as a backsplash under my cupboards. the come in different patterns and colors I have had mine up now several years and there is no fading or worry of them coming off the wall. Love them. There are some really neat peel and stick tiles as well----- but we just got done "un sticking" the whole wall where they were coming off in my son's rental.
