What are you referring to?
Get tile. Punch hole in center. Push tin snips through hole. Cut corner to corner rather than side to side. bend the tin back to make the opening size you want. You can get a square frame and wrap the tile around the outer edge of the frame if you want, or just have the tile as the entire outer flat frame.
