Turn of the water under the sink, disconnect hot and cold pipes and drain pipe. Remove the clips or whatever that hold on the rim of the sink. Lift out the sink, drop new one in and reattach everything. Clean out the trap while you have everything disconnected.
First, you need to determine if it's under-mounted or top-mounted. If the sink is under the counter top, you have to remove the entire counter top before you can get the sink out.

After turning off the water lines you can unscrew them from the tap and remove the drain trap beneath the sink as well. After that its just as simple as lifting it out.
