Plain old white vinegar. Then wash using vinegar in the wash and rinse cycles.
Look up Vital Oxide (Amazon has it.) After home flooding I tried everything, and this stuff is by far the best. EPA registered, non-toxic, and is also a hospital grade disinfectant that leaves a 6 month protective barrier on surfaces. It can also be used in a fogger to treat entire rooms in minutes. I used it to wash clothes, the instructions weren't specific so I called the company and they told me everything I needed to know.
Hi Raven - There are several ways to get rid of mold, but most importantly, you need to address the root cause to keep it from returning. This article focuses on the bathroom, but is an overall great article that covers methods of how to remove mold, if bleach is safe to use, and how to prevent it from coming back. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
