How can I make a new frame for a mirror?

I guess i forgot to say i want a mirror that i can move from place to place and not permanently attach it to the wall so i can be able to put a wire on the back of the frame, thank you all for your suggestions you gave me a lot of ideas still learning how to ask questions not the way i think but the way everybody reads what your trying to say...THANKS 10-30-19
