You can buy a bag of Floor Patch Leveler. Some brands are premixed but you can also buy the powder that mixes with water. It is easy to mix and spread with a trowel and dries quickly. Simple and inexpensive. Good luck!
Cover it with backer board. This can be purchased at home improvement centers.
What is on the floor right now? We used sub-flooring when we tiled our bathroom. We had to pull the old tile up and most of the sub floor was fine to use but had to replace some due to rerouting the plumbing.
What’s the floor made of? You can use self leveling concrete. You may need to seal the floor first if you do use it.
