How can I make over a tub/shower?
I have a 40 year old tub/shower that is dingy ( I think it’s fiberglass). Is there something I can do to make it bright/shiny and new looking again?

Fiberglass can be rubbed out and polished. Auto stores have the product you need except the energy required. Please show a before and after picture
Fiberglass shower surrounds can yellow over the years, becoming an unattractive blemish to an otherwise appealing bathroom. Instead of replacing the entire shower, you can bring new life to it by painting the fiberglass. Use enamel paint, which is waterproof and stands up well to the moist conditions in the shower. You can definitely get a paint kit or hire someone to paint the fiberglass. It should cost in the $500 range to redo, tub and surround if you hire someone.
