H PJ, I still prefer laminate, it is a bit more forgiving to the dishes and items that may get dropped on it, if you have stone or marble, chances of chipping and breaking plates etc. is way higher. Laminate is easy enough to clean too.

you can measure your existing countertops and take the measurements to any home improvement store and purchase them. Many offer installation, but if you are handy, you can dyi and save your money.
