How can I store Sterilite plastic storage bins for easy access?
I have over 25 sterilite 18 gallon plastic containers with lids. I store a lot of stuff in them. I stack four containers high. They are too heavy to look in them. I need a storage idea to hold the containers where I can get to them easily.

I made shelves by repurposing bi-fold doors (not louvered). I bought not very attractive, but inexpensive, metal brackets which I screwed into wall studs. I spaced my shelves carefully, leaving space for the first set of tubs to sit on the floor.

easure your bins and buy 2x4's to build a unit to fit the bins. Keeping them separated on the shelves will make for easier access for you. Depending on your space, you may want to store the lengthwise, rather than widthwise. Labeling the bins is also the best idea around so you don't have to dig into various ones to locate what you need. Maybe just a number on each bin and a typed inventory list with each item stored in the bin in a binder nearby. Efficient!
