You could use the small clear hooks from 3M to hold the lights around your door and window. They come down easily after the holidays. Good luck!
Donna....Command has some small clear plastic hooks that can be removed.
Command hooks, but make sure you get the ones for outside use. You could also light the inside of the windows by hanging lights like a drape. You could use your curtain rod for that
I have purchased small hooks at Home Depot that were made to stick on the window and the doors. I find they work best in average temps. Too hot or too cold and they will fall.
