I'm a vet tech, I've dealt with a whole lot of pee in my day! I've tried the home remedies and a lot of products.
Now, I use a product called Extreme Pet Stain and Odor remover. On my old pine floor, I soak the wood, and let it dry completely. I usually put a fan on it for a couple of days.
We had the house on the market, and to get rid of the smell we painted the cleaned areas with shellac. It sealed the odor. I don't know if that's an option for you, that's what worked for us.
