Hi Tiffany. Use a sponge brush to cover your candle holder with Mod Podge. (If it's large, work in sections.) Then sprinkle the Borax over it. As much or as little as you want. Use the handle of your brush to smooth around the rim. Let it dry completely. Then paint on another layer of Mod Podge to seal your work. You could also use Epson Salt in place of Borax.
