Just like you would make any other candle! Secret is in mixing the essential oils to match the scent of the mass produced candles. Might take some trial and error samples. I would make votive size until you hit upon the perfect mixture before mixing up a big batch. Here are some tutorials for you.

Hello, you could use leftover wax from previously burned soy candles and remelt into a container with new wick, which is inexpensive at craft stores, you can grab the scent online or in stores. I believe the soy wax is proprietary, but here is a recipe to make soy wax, scent with your fave oils, hope it helps you out

Here is a DIY on how to make a soy candle. I would start here and then add some cedar essential oils to it to add the cedar smell.
