Bleach and let it soak for 15 mins.
I'm a caregiver..... laundry - I use 20 Mule Team Laundry Borax 1/2c - 1c for odor, bleach to remove stains or Dollar Tree Awesome Oxy-clean laundry additive for non-bleachables.
Room odor - Frebreeze Air Effects - bora bora is my fav.
Chairs - use a disposable chuck, sold in same area as Depends, its a 17" x 36" with plastic on one side, and cotton on the other to absorb, plastic side down. Can also be used under the sheet or on top to keep the bed dry or a chair they use daily. You can also use a small mattress pad. You can also spray unwashable areas with the fabric refreshers, I use the Dollar Tree extra strength one.
