Unless you want to modify by restaining or painting, all you need to do is move it to your desired location and fill it up with your china and serveware. Add a table runner and buffet lamps and a centerpiece, maybe a beautiful piece of your China and yo are all set!

You can remove some of the drawers and convert to shelves.
You might have to add a couple of supports but I would use shelving board to make sure it is sturdy enough to hold weight.
