Rinse with cold water. Use a color bleach with oxyclean in it. If you don’t have that, you could also try contact (eyes) solution of hydrogen peroxide if it’s a light color cloth.

I prefer Oxiclean, but, peroxide works on white material.
I use Spray and Wash pre-treatment and the key is wash in cold water. Do not dry in the dryer untill all the stain is out. If its a white item, I use a 10% bleach solution hanging it in the tub and spritzing it untill the stain is gone.
