How to rerail a deck?

I want to keep the floor of my deck. I just want to replace the rails. How do I do this?

The rail post should be bolted to the rim joist...this will allow the bolts to be tightened over time to keep things tight...when lag screws and or nails are used they just do not hold up as well. I normally use 1/2 galvanized hex bolts. http://www.hometalk.com/member/Kevin/board/133389
