Remove as much as possible with a snake or drain cleaning tool. Pour ½ cup baking soda then ½ cup white vinegar in the drain and cover, letting sit for 20 minutes. Boil water, remove cover, and pour water down the drain. You may have to repeat the process.
Hi Deanna, here's a great video that will show you how to unplug your sink drain - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBUxLBwlQjg
The suggestion by Kathy has worked for me multiple times. Baking soda, vinegar and then hot, hot water. It works through the hair, oils and gunk that forms in the plumbing lines now and then.
Drano always works for me!
Vinegar and baking soda unplug and keep them running very nice

Most bathroom sinks have hair and soap scum clogging them, as compared to kitchen sinks.
If you can take out the drain plug, I would mechanically pull out the hair and that should do it.
It will be messy, so have paper towels or rags handy.
You can use an inexpensive drain snake to pull out the hair etc. I often have to do that with the sink in my daughters’ bathroom. You can get them on Amazon
