How do I repair the finish on a vintage cast iron sink?
I have a 45 year old double bowl cast iron kitchen sink. I bought it new, but stored it about 15 years ago. There are no chips but the finish needs to be redone. I am assuming it is porcelain. It is white, perhaps it is ceramic???? I don't know how to determine what type of finish and then how to refinish it.

Refinishing My Kitchen Sink
Hello there,
If it is Enamel, then the spots could be rust, Wipe it over with WD-40 to remove.
If it is just grime - use Dish soap and water or Bar keepers friend and water in a paste. Best wishes..
