If they are new just mild soap and a sponge.
If they are old and porous then have someone take a hot shower/bath so not to waste water. Then spray scrub free or kaboom with bleach (ventilate properly) and leave it on for 10 minutes or so. You will already see a difference without touching it. Rinse off the bulk of the cleaner so you dont gag yourself, and spot clean the worst parts. Improves each time.
