Kaboom or scrub free with bleach. Presoak with hot water for a few minutes to loosen things up, then drain. Spray cleaner on and leave it for a while. Scrub with your tool of choice. Will get better each time.

Try a magic eraser or I use a mixture of baking soda, vinegar and dish soap.
My acrylic sink has not held up well. I make a paste using baking soda and bleach. Make the paste thick so it will adhere to the sides of the sink. Apply before going to bed and let this mix sit over night. In the morning just rinse it away and it should look good again.
It depends on the material but the safest thing would be make a baking soda & hydrogen peroxide paste then scrub with a stiff sponge like Scrub Daddy.

I use Bar Keeper's Friend on most of my clients sinks. Its like Comet but has a bleach in it to whiten sinks and remove scum, but not real abrasive.
